Bookings

The HUB Islington has a range of spaces available to hire both during the day, and in the evenings and at weekends. We are very flexible to work with any event ideas you might have whether for a workshop, networking event, lecture or party. Our boardroom can host meetings for up to 14 people, and can be converted into a larger workshop space accommodating up to 50. It has flipchart paper, screen, a cosy wood-burning oven and a projector and catering available on request. All our food is freshly prepared, and Fairtrade, organic or locally sourced where possible.

All meeting rooms are bookable from 8am - 10.30pm Monday - Friday.

We offer discounts to not-for-profit organisations and Hub members on all meeting rooms.

The Spaces:

Meeting Room

Rectangular room (4 x 6m), with board room table, flipcharts, projector screen, and lots of natural light. With a maximum capacity of 15, the room is very flexible to your needs. We can provide breakfast or lunch, tea and coffee and a projector/PA system as required.

Workshop Space

Square space (6 x 8m), perfect for bigger presentations, social events, film nights or break-out sessions. With a maximum capacity of 50, the space can be used for whatever your imagination can come up with!

Library

A hotbed with lots of cushions and books, we invite you to take your shoes off and get comfortable in our Library. Great for informal meetings, breakout sessions or just relaxing.

Platforms

These Chinese style tables seat a maximum of 4 people and offer stunning views of the city below. Book one, book two or even book all three. Perfect for brain storming, finishing that funding application or eating a lovely lunch.

Partnership Events

Starting at £150/hr ex VAT. we welcome proposals from potential partners who want to run an event with us. In exchange for a discount on our usual hire fee, Partnership events must:

Inspire and support our member community

Provide at least 15 free or discounted (maximum £5) tickets for our members

Provide at least one staff member to cover the door / manage your guest list

Allow space for a 5 minute presentation at the beginning of your event on who we are and what we do

Recognise us (via logos, credit etc) as a supporter of your event on all promotional material that you produce
